Project Planning & Procurement
A dedicated project manager creates the work breakdown structure, procurement schedule and site access plan. OEM-authorised equipment is ordered and quality-checked on arrival.

Phase 04
Installation & Integration
Factory-built racks, structured cabling, equipment mounting and system integration are completed by OEM-trained technicians — safely, cleanly and to spec.

Phase 05
Commissioning & Testing
Every output is tested against a documented acceptance protocol. Audio SPL, video signal quality, control logic and network performance are all verified and signed off.

Phase 06
Training & Handover
